They tend to last longer, and one can undoubtedly participate in sports activities like swimming. While non-waterproof mascara will of course run if our eyes get wet. Generally non-waterproof mascaras can be removed by using soap and water. Whereas waterproof mascara is removed by using make up remover. With the passage of time mascara may get dried in the container itself.
