Can You Get Makeup For Free?
Understanding what Free really means...
There is very little in life that you can get for free. There is a cost to almost everything and we pay for it one way or another. It all comes down to what price you are willing to pay.My local grocery store has weekly two for one options. That is, you buy one product at full price, but you get a second one for free. You still have to fork over money, but you get two times the amount. That is a good deal, and you should consider that a good deal too.
Sometimes vendors create new products and need to test the markets. Often, they will offer free samples with the purchase of some other product. Sometimes when you go to the department store, they will throw in free samples of perfume or makeup when you purchase makeup. Even though in the truest sense of the word it isn't free (since you had to buy something to get the free sample), you still benefit by getting the other product without having to pay for it.
Another reason companies will give out free samples is in exchange for marketing information. This might seem nosy or intrusive to you, but what the company is actually trying to do is create products that a certain set of people REALLY want. Since it costs tons of money to create products, companies don't want to create what they think people will like, but they do want to create products that they KNOW people will want. They are trying to guage demand.
This benefits us in several ways.. first, because companies are willing to give away samples and trials in exchange for some marketing data that we can provide. So, if we supply them with say, a survey, an email address or a zip code, we are actually helping them target the right products to the right people. A young twenty year old woman may be very interested in mascara and a 50 year old might be far more interested in wrinkle cream, but a company can't really KNOW until they see hard data that is collected by their marketing efforts.
So, next time you see a free offer, remember, it isn't really free. You might have to give them your email or zip code, even have to buy a trial, but that doesn't mean it isn't a good deal for you. Most likely it is a very good deal. Check out free makeup offers and try them before you buy them at full price.

The Way to Get Freebie Makeup
Give it a try...
The way to get freebie makeup is to give the marketing companies what they want. When you see an offer for lip gloss for free you will be asked to submit an email address, your zip code (along with your address so the company knows where to mail the sample) and then take a little survey.
What the marketing department is trying to find out is WHO is interested in the lip gloss. They need to know if you are educated, how old you are (in ranges usually), your gender, and what kind of things you buy. You shouldn't feel that they're asking too many questions. What they want to do is create a product and sell it to the people who really want it. If they find out that married, elderly, uneducated women have no interest in nail polish, then they don't want to waste money selling nail polish to that demographic.
