How to Make Your Own Starbucks Drinks at Home...and Why You Should!

They knew me by name at the Starbucks closest to my home. But not anymore...

I quit buying Starbucks coffee because it was becoming a strain on my budget.

But along the way, I've realized there are certain perks besides that to making your own coffee.

Learning how to make your own Starbucks Drinks can be good for you! How?

1) I have a routine in the morning that actually makes me look forward to waking up. By the time I've made my coffee, I'm ready to tackle the day. This sure beats sitting in your car sleepily, waiting for your coffee to be brought to you.

2) I've learned to appreciate the drinks more. I know how they're made, how much difference little details make, and how to make them better.

3) You can make it exactly how you want it. If you're order sounds something like "a non-fat soy milk grande vanilla latte with extra whipped cream and extra foam. Also, please make it extra hot and give me an extra shot of vanilla" then chances are you've had your order messed up. When you learn how to make your own Starbucks drinks at home, you can bypass all of that.

4) It really does save money! I got an incredibly amazing but expensive espresso maker (see below, I'm a huge fan) and in spite of that, I've still saved money.

Hope you learn something here and I sincerely hope that you will consider making your own Starbucks drinks at home at least one time.

A lot of the people in these videos are/were baristas so they are really bringing you the real thing here. Coffee Goods

There are so many reasons why Starbucks became the chain-superpower that it is but one of the top reasons is that they just make great stuff: great coffee, great products, great people.

I've found some of my favorite things that I've gotten from Amazon..

I HIGHLY recommend the espresso maker. I know it's expensive but that thing paid for itself within a month of me getting it.

It kills me to spend $4 per cup of coffee. That could be a meal for someone! So making my coffee at home is going to be way better.

I want to start making my own Starbucks drinks at home because I already have an awesome espresso machine, and to be honest, at ?5.80 ($7.50) for a venti Vanilla Latte, I really can't afford to have a Starbucks coffee every single day. Great lens.
