How I Make Money Online With Master Resell Rights

The first thing I'm sure you noticed about products with master resell rights would be the word 'resell'. As it sounds, you can either create your own product or find products that have been created by other people and, well, sell them.

There are a couple of ways that you can sell them.

One method is to use web forums to peddle your products. If you have a look around Digital Point, you will see people who have products for sale. Here's an example for you to check out:

Selling your MRR products does not have to be limited to web forums, either. In fact, I've noticed that using forums like Digital Point can drastically cut down on the amount of sales that you can make, simply because of the nature of web forums. After a few new posts (or thread bumps), your awesome pack of MRR stuff gets bumped to the second (or eighteenth) page, never to return. Also, on DP, if you are not careful when 'bumping' your posts (replying to them in order to bring them to the top of the threads list), you can earn those nifty little infractions which can lead to your account being banned, thereby destroying (at least temporarily) your ability to milk DP users...er...I mean, sell your products on DP.

If you have the mad skills, you can also use an auto-delivery or storefront script on your web host to set up your own sales page on your blog or website. This is probably the best method for reselling MRR products - you are totally in control of the sale, and you know your thread won't disappear.

Making a couple of dollars here and there selling your MRR products is great, but let's face it - unless you sell a metric crapton of them (or charge a very high price), you won't make lots of money. Naturally, people will not want to pay higher prices, unless you give them some kind of incentive.

Another great idea is to give away your MRR products as freebies. Use them as a reward or incentive to get them to purchase some other item. Even better, give them as an incentive to join a mailing list! What will that do for you? Easy. A mailing list is essentially a list of potential customers. If you give them a freebie to sign up, and they like the freebie, then odds are when you make the offer of 'better' content for a reasonable price, you have people standing by that may just be willing to pay for your product.

Master resell rights products are a great way to leverage products into future sales.

One of the awesome things about being able to make money online when you sell MRR products is the fact that there is no shortage of resources. With these products, you really only have to find products that come with resell rights and plug them right into whichever method you are using as your business model.

Now, let me go over a couple ways that you can get MRR products to sell.

1. Get them as freebies. You can always join a mailing list for the free stuff, which can get you some pretty nice content. And, if it turns out that the mailing list sucketh, just unsubscribeth. You've already got your product. Just be sure to check it out before trying to market it. You want to be sure that you have resell rights on it. Don't just guess...actually take the time to read it through and find the part that says that you can resell it.

2. Purchase them. While this usually goes against everything that I teach about making money online without an investment, keep in mind that you tend to get what you pay for. When you purchase a product, check to see if it comes with resell rights. If not, you may be able to get in touch with the product's creator and purchase the right to resell the product, either as-is or rebranded as your own product (private label rights). A quick look around Digital Point's forums can yield some decent products that can get you started on the cheap.

3. Make them yourself. You know, this step is great if you are so inclined, but creating your own web product is a bit outside the scope of this lens (and a lot of work if you just want to make a couple bucks here and there). I can recommend this step if you REALLY want to make some bucks, but then again, you are basically the copyright holder on it. This lens is about master resell rights, so I'm going to let your mind wander on this one.

4. Join an affiliate network. This may be one of the more effective ways to make money online, even with MRR and PLR products. Actually, you aren't really reselling products this way - you are pitching a product for someone else and getting a percentage of that sale in return. A good network to check out for finding products that you can sell is ClickBank. They have tons of products, some of which have resell rights. And hey, if they don't, you can always get a cut for referring the sale.
