Make a scrapbooking paper bag album

Paper bag albums are very popular in scrapbooking and are super easy to make. All you need to get started are 3 paper bag sacks of any size (but usually around 6"x12" to create a book around 6"x6")

They are exceptionally easy to make and have a couple of great features including the 3 extra hidden pockets to allow you to add more tags for photos or journalling.

Follow these instructions to make your own paper bag album

Grab your supplies

- 3 Paper Bags (any size)
- adhesive
- Ribbon or loose leaf rings to bind album
- scissors or craft knife
- hole punching tool

1. Prepare the bags

Take your three bags and lay them on top of each other alternating the ends. Align the bags so that they are evenly matched then fold the bags in half to create a book.

2. Punch binding holes

Punch 3 to 5 holes along the spine of your closed book to bind the album.

3. Bind album

Use the book rings or ribbon to bind the album together through the holes punched in the previous step

Embellish and add photos.

Now simply adhere your photos and decorate your album with your favourite embellishments and patterned scrapbooking papers.
Dont forget to journal your precious memories too.
