This online workshop allows adults to have open and honest discussions about sexual matters in a private group setting. With learning about all areas of sexuality and how it affects you and how you can feel confident in a healthy way. Exercises and material for learning are provided and the group is led by a Natural Health Consultant. This group is for people over 25 years of age and up. For men and women and for couples to share.
