Wooden Games created in Steve's Man Cave

Steve Modranski has been working in wood most of his adult life. Give him some 2x4's and plywood and he can create just about anything!
At the end of 2009 he decided to take his creations out of the basement and make them available for the public to buy. Here you'll find information about his first two creations. If you're interested in purchasing, shoot me an e-mail. We'll get back to your ASAP for the details check out his first three creations below! I think you'll like what you see!

Corn Hole

type=textWikipedia says Corn hole is a lawn game in which players take turns pitching cornhole bags-cotton duck bags filled with feed corn-at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. These platforms are usually made with plywood or occasionally plastic, and are often decorated. A corn bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. The tricky part is that each team only gets the points they score that are MORE than their opponent's score. Play continues until a player or team reaches the score of 21

Pictured here is a mini corn hole game. These are 1/2 size regulation corn hole games. They are 2' x 1' with a 3" hole. The bags are 3" square filled with 6-8 oz. of feed corn. The smaller sets are available for $35. If you live within driving distance of Man Cave Creations, you can pick them up, otherwise actual shipping charges will be added.
type=textThe American Cornhole Association was established by a small group of dedicated Cornholers from the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio. It has grown over the years and, to the best of our knowledge, now represents the largest organized Cornhole / Corn Toss association in the United States. Click on the link above to get all the details including the rules and history of the game.

The regulation Corn Hole games are available from Man Cave Creations for $70 (plus shipping). These are 2' x 4' with a 6" hole and come with eight 6" square bags.
When you order you can select two colors of bags.

Bag Colors available: Red, Navy Blue, Black, Gold, and Grey

Hand and Foot Caddy

type=textHand and foot is a card game much like Canasta. It's played with 4 to 6 players in teams of two. This game requires one set of standard playing cards per player (including jokers). It's a great game for older children as well as Senior Citizens. Our kids started playing Hand and Foot by the time they were in 4th or 5th grade and our parents are huge fans of the game.

When you purchase a Hand and Foot Caddy, you'll receive 4 decks of cards (for a 4 player game) and directions for play. The caddy is available in two sizes. Steve is currently using Oak to make the caddy's; however, if you have another wood preference, let us know. We can probably accomodate you! The long caddy is approximately 10" x 3" and the square caddy is about 5"x6" You can get a Hand and Foot Game and Caddy for just $20 (plus shipping). Price may vary with different wood types..

I've recently added the rules for Hand and Foot at this link. I hope you'll stop by and enjoy this really fun card game!

Nicely done! If this is for a flip, then a family style rec room might give you the best return while keeping the space open and fresh. It is was for me, the space seems perfect for a pool table!
