Mandurah will become your water playground and if you've never gone there for a holiday the best is yet to come. This coastal city of over 75 000 people live in holiday mode and the once sleepy town is now quite a busy seaside town which I have seen change dramatically over the last 22 years.

People love Mandurah ...even now when it's busier than ever. You can still be removed from the world or just 45 minutes from the next cappucino strip.

The train makes a day trip to Mandurah only 45 minutes away, so there will be more day trips to Mandurah from now on.

Currently, these day trips are over  1 000 000 per year.

Do You love the beach? Well if you want a special deal then you can book my holiday house or anywhere you like.

Make sure you subscribe to beach holiday special offers and give Joe a call. Now when you are ready to book your holiday...2 minutes walk to the beach..ask for "11 Hickman Road". Here is Joe's Mobile: 0431819755 ..

Your Mandurah Holiday House

2 Minutes Walk to Silver Sands Beach

Mandurah is the spot people from Perth come to when they want a beach holiday. It's less than an hour from the capital, so people can get away for the weekend or the day.

Although Mandurah has seen a lot of growth and now has a population of more than 70 000 you can still have a quiet, relaxing time, without hordes of people competing with you for a spot at Silver Sands Beach.

So if you were contemplating taking off for a holiday to Mandurah, I'd like you to keep in mind the following place for your beach holiday.

The beach house is located at 11 Hickman Road. You can book it for holiday or short stay accommodation. The short stay rates can be negotiated depending on the length of your stay(min 4 weeks). Bookings less than 4 weeks attract the holiday rates, $100/day except for public holidays and school holidays, where you will incur a charge of $150/day. The accommodation bond is $400.

You'll find the 3 bedroom house is comfortable and caters for a maximum of 6 people. Now it's not the Ritz..so you'll need to bring your linen.

If you have never booked a beach house before, it's easy enough - fill in the booking sheet, read the terms and conditions and pay for your accommodation via cheque or cash.

Michelle may take your credit card - just ask her.

When you decide to book 11 Hickman Road, Silver Sands you can do so by contacting Michelle's Mobile: 0418817866 or Joe's Mobile: 0431819755(that's me!).

I lived in the house for 20 years and still live in the area - I love it! It's like being on holidays all the time. Lovely sunsets, walks on the beach and a safe swimming area.

I know I'll hear from you and when I do mention that you read this article. Now if you want discounts around town you can join the special offers list. People on that list will get some cool deals.

You can find it by going to Mandurah Getaway and looking for "beach holiday special offers". Get on the list and let's see what we can give you!
