Warning: It taste really bad. Seriously.
Usage: It is good for stomache ache, high blood pressure and diabetics.
The skin also can be used to cure minor injuries and burned skins. Just mixed the dried skins and some water. Put it on the burned/injured skin. You can use the same technique on those nasty bluish colored bruises on the leg that most diabetics patients have. The leaves of a mangosteen tree also can be eaten for stomache ache.
I heard all this from an old Granny. She said she has been practising it for years. At first I didn't believe it also until I found another man doing the same thing for his kidneys and Diabetics.
That is before he switch to XanGo. Amazing isn't it. You can try it. Good Luck!! :)

- Hi there, this fruit have no relationship with mango. In malay language it is called 'manggis'. And the nutrients is not on the fruit but on the skin. Can try the recipe.
I have found customers in Malaysia who practice the recipe once a week for high blood pressure and kidney problems. Then they turn to XanGo:)
Good luck
