Become a Magnetic Attractor!

Years ago, in therapy sessions with clients, I realised that most women were walking around out there with WAY too much negative self-talk - saying things to themselves like, "Men are real bastards!" or "I can't find a decent man anywhere" or "All the good men are taken!"

That starts off a process that psychologists call a SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY.

Have you ever noticed how when someone buys a particular model or colour of car that immediately you start to notice more of that same model?

That's the way your mind works. It'll notice whatever you are focusing on and try to make it "real." Expect to find a man and you'll find one. Feel negative or expect negative things - and negativity will tend to appear in your experience.

I had to develop a way to help female clients relax and start to attract more of what they wanted. This is the process I developed:-

1) When you're out, choose a specific person you're going to try this on. To start with I would recommend someone that has to serve you rather than some random person walking by you in the street (although this can work as I've already demonstrated!)

2) Start mentally saying comments such as:
- "You are absolutely gorgeous"
- "You are such a friendly person"
- "You are soooo nice!"
- "I feel comfortable around others"
- "I put men at ease"

3) Remember to say the statements with emotion & sincerity. Notice how YOU are feeling as well. Really mean what you are saying. Put positive feeling and good vibes into it.

4) Notice any reaction you get.

5) Don't get disheartened if you don't get the reaction you were hoping for - move onto the next person. Remember, there is no such thing as failure - only feedback!

When doing the exercise, you DON'T have to look the person in the eyes all the time. A normal amount of eye contact is fine.

Imagine if you were to practice this exercise just once a day for thirty days, how much more "magnetic" you would become in that time. I have found that the more you do this, the stronger the responses become.

While humans may pride themselves on being highly evolved, most still behave like the stereotypical Neanderthals when it comes to choosing a mate, according to research by Indiana University cognitive scientist Peter Todd. In a new study, Todd and colleagues found that though individuals may claim otherwise, beauty is the key ingredient for men while women, the much choosier of the sexes, leverage their looks for security and commitment.
