Manuka honey can be eaten and applied on the skin. For digestive purposes and for minor cuts and wounds active UMF Manuka honey with a rating of at least 10 will do. ( or MGO 100 or higher)Important: With more severe wounds, infections and other complaints it is advised to use medical grade Manuka honey. - Hi Philomena, I would choose the Comvita brand with an UMF of 15 or a little higher myself. Amazon international shipping rates are much higher than those of for example the shipping costs of Shop NZ (US$7.80 for delivery to Qatar.)
Something else which might be important is the fact if Qatar residents have to pay import duties?
