This I thought was good and wanted to pass on.

Reading some of my previous training materials yesterday, a Zig Ziglar quote kept going through my head. It was the one that says, "You can have anything you want if you help enough people get what they want."

I have always liked that quote, then I started thinking about how it applied to my life so far as a network marketer. I started thinking about some of the successful people in this industry that I have become friends with and have had the pleasure to work with.

All these successful other leaders have all modeled their business and life after this principle.

In regards to me, these past and present "upline" have always made me feel like I was the focus of their business. As if they cared so much about me and my success even though they all had large 'downlines' to tend to.

Never once did any of them ever hint that they had any thoughts or concerns of what I can do for their business. They always focused on what they can do for me and my business.

So, what is the point?

The point is that it matters where your focus is. How do you look at your partners? Do you think about what they can do for you, how they will help you get promoted, how much you will earn off their efforts? OR do you think and focus on what you can do to help them?
YOU may not think too much about HOW you think, but they know.

Believe me, your prospects can tell where your heart is. If they sense you care more about recruiting them to help your business along, then helping them build their business, they will never join. Your best pitch will
fall on deaf ears

We have all heard the quote "people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care" Well, how much do you care about them? Always be there when they come to you for advice or help. Don't go it alone. Rely on your team partners.

Your "heart" affects your thoughts and your thoughts control your actions. Sometimes the best way to change your actions is to start with your heart. Get it in the right place and you will attract quality people and those people will stay with you because they know you care about them.

One last thought!

If all you do is focus on yourself, pretty soon you will find that your organization will consist of only yourself. No fun or paycheck there!

What I do in order to get or stay motivated in Life and Business?

I have my vision board of everything that I want.
I cut out pictures of my new home, car, vacation
spots, how I see my oasis in my back yard.

I keep motivating myself by setting monthly goals
based on my changes in life.

So what really motivates me is freedom -
freedom to be able to do with my money what I want
to do with it, and that freedom is given when I am not beholden to how my money is spent.

Freedom to live my dreams and desires.

Time freedom - work when I want and how I want.

It's so important!

We need to give the right amount of attention to all aspects of our life! I wrote my ten ideas I find to give me balance everyday. Maybe you can use them too.

Creat a rhythm to your day!

slow down- smell the roses. Take notice of places, people and things around you.

Create your own culture. Surround yourself with like-minded people you like and who likes you. Get off the couch! Interact with people, nature, charity work and your pets.

Look after your health! Don't let your friends bad eating habits influence you. It's your life and body!

Develope relationships with like-minded people. Don't pre judge anyone before you get to know them. Be open to see this person for who he/she really is.

Live in the moment! When your stressed, choose to connect with people you love and value. Take your dog for a walk. Call your best friend. Make yourself laugh.

Take breaks from your daily routine.

Eliminate the 'broke' thinking from your vocabulary. Remember thoughts become things.

Envision who you want to become. Then write down your 'why' of becoming it.

Treat yourself to a nice, relaxing bath. And put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door knob.

I was inspired to join this company because I was searching for a fulfilling home business and one that I could see the potential with. Once I seen what was being offered and who was in, I knew I hit a home run out of the ball park. I jumped in with both feet and "I AM on fire with desire." Staying at home with your children is precisely what our business is about! This business is yours, you are able to promote it in the ways that best suit your needs, personality, circumstances. You get the picture. Working from home, your biggest tools will most likely be your phone and your computer.

Are you open to hosting parties in your own home? If so, that's another added option. I personally always offer my home for parties. It's funny how some people just are more comfortable having it anywhere but at their own house, so this has worked for me. It's an option to offer the hostess. It's certainly worth the try if this works in your situation.
