MARICAR REYES is a medical doctor in real life. Aside from practicing her medical preofession, Maricar is also a commercial model.

Maricar appeared in Ponds commercial and many admired her natural talent and beauty.

She has also recently starred in various ABS-CBN TV series which includes "Betty La Fea", "ASAP" and once in ABS-CBN's noontime show "Wowowee".

Maricar also appeared in "Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Bud Brothers" in its Book 8 titled "Bewitched, Bothered, Bewildered". She was paired with Ahron Villena where she plays the role of Sandy, the submissive and patient wife of Pio (Ahron).

A bigger break awaits Maricar in "Your Song Presents: Gaano Kita Kamahal" where she plays the lead role. But before that, in preparation for a bigger role, Maricar guested in "May Bukas Pa" for one week.

Maricar's first movie is "And I Love You So" topbilled by Anne Curtis, Sam Milby and Derek Ramsay. Although Maricar is only having a supporting role in this movie, it's a big break for her due to the caliber of the movie and the actors and actresses she's working with are of top calibers.

Sex Video Scandal

Maricar Reyes became an instant celebrity when she was involved in a sex video scandal with Dr. Hayden Kho. In fact, there are three videos circulating in the internet and DVD stores showing her and Hayden Kho doing their thing.

Maricar admitted that they had a relationship when they were still medical students. Those videos were taken when they were still college students and they surfaced when somebody barged into the laptop of hayden and distirbuted them. The case however is now in the hands of NBI.

Maricar kept her silence in the issue, unlike Katrina Halili who was very vocal which in fact, the controvery reached the sala of the senators. Until now, Maricar is yet to say her words on the matter.
