Esteemed reader:
Marketing for Women is for someone who loves network marketing because maybe they want something of their own, plus they're in love with their product. But they don't like being hyped or pressured and so they don't want to do that to anyone else. Is there a way to earn an income in network marketing without hype and pressure?
If you believe your products really matter...If you don't want to sound like a pushy sales person...If you don't want to risk your relationships with your friends and family...If recruiting hasn't gone too well for you...Or if you feel like you don't know what to say and the traditional 'boy talk' doesn't do it for you...This is your place.
One of the first things you will discover is how fun it is for both you and a prospect when you approach them as though you're looking for someone 'in the know' - someone who is already in tune with what you have, before you ever got there. It's kind of like looking for people who play tennis when you're looking for a game.
You may also be surprised to learn that there are two ways to make money in network marketing: amass customers and also find other sales people. So yes, ladies, you can do well with a good customer base.
And other sales people aren't even necessary to make the big money. Think AOL with its 30 million little customers or cable TV with over 70 million, each paying under $100/mo, month after month after month. Steady. Big. Every month. Of course, you can get sales reps for your team.
We are creating a community of marketers - people who want to do network marketing - but NOT with the old practices, e.g.: the endless hype, the promise them the moon, the go for the quick score, er sign up, so you get that sign-up bonus, the constant use of the tough guy language, e.g. "explode your business (or downline)," " wipe out everyone else," (and the business is 80% women(!), the throw 'em up against the wall and see who sticks school of mlm 'training' or the recruit recruit recruit model, to name a few.
We offer an alternative to these outdated mlm practices - and called it Banana Marketing. Little or big bananas can now play the game by different rules - rules and practices that are socially in tune with this millennium, e.g. friendly to women, telling your story instead of making promises, seeing oneself as advisor rather than seller, etc. (See below). If you're drawn to these kinds of values maybe we can help each other grow.
If you'd like to discuss bringing these kinds of practices into your company or group, email me: Kim@BananaMarketing.com.
Tele-courses, books, and CDs I've developed over the last 10 years shown in the Banana Learning Program below.
I write a blog and do a podcast to keep everyone informed of my latest thinkings and doings. See below.
Banana Learning Program
Intro to Network Marketing, Banana Style.
- Overview
- The books, CDs, telecourses and programs I've developed over the last decade to show how to do network marketing with class, style, and humor. And without hype or jargon.
- Amassing Customers - 5CD Program
- The income from regular customers can keep coming in for years after the intial work to get the customer has been done. If one makes $5/mo off a $50/mo order, and has 100 such customers, one could earn $500/mo. That's without having to dig up new customers every month. And there's no limit on how many customers one can go after...
The only limitation is the percent a company pays you for customers. Make sure it's enough to make it worth doing, or find another product line to represent. - Amassing Customers - 343p. book
- How do you talk to customers so they don't glaze over at all the techno babble? How do you find poeple like you? That's the focus of this book, "If My Product's So Great, How Come I Can't Sell It?"
- Recruiting
- A humorous introduction to what it takes to make it in the business when you focus on recruiting.
Recruiting methods without relying on friends, family or neighbors. How to keep your organization together. - Recruiting Scripts
- How to filter through people who want a part time job from home, versus a business of their own. How to tell a big banana from a little one. How to talk to the 80% women who want to do this part time. Recruiters cribsheet. 5 CD set.
