marketingprofs.com, worlds worst marketers
So what's brought on this little rant? These stupid bastards are spamming me, I signed on to read their articles for a supposed 'free trial' (to me a trial means that I can actually access their articles too, rather than just being told to pay money to see the whole lot) and receiving 4 spam emails from them in the space of 24 hours.
That's it! Too much! That's the sort of thing I'd expect to get from a man selling 'v1agra and c1al1s at b3st pr1ces' not people who claim to be marketing professionals.
Real marketing professionals, like, say... my dog, know that if you send people a bunch of emails they don't want you're going to irritate them!
Never, ever, ever trust www.marketingprofs.com
If you advertise there, stop! It's hurting your brand!

That the dog definitely wins hands down. The dog is too convincing I mean with his bark its so powerful.
I hate spam and get lots of it. I stopped using my MSN account for a few months as my computer was getting fixed and when I check again i had 5396 messages all spam. About 20 were from contacts.

Well, he is a Jack Russel, meaning he has a pretty short attention span.
On the other hand, I'm pretty sure that rex would not enjoy contast spamming. So I'm going to have to go with Rex.

Rex isn't house trained, but I'd rather clean up his crap in m laundry than what I get from marketingprofs.com in my inbox.

marketingprofs.com can do a better job than Rex
What do you expect? You gave your email address out.
I was stupid.
I thought that maybe, just maybe a website purporting to provide advice to marketers might just have enough of a brain not to spam someone (especially someone who is happy to make something like this!).
Apparently not, apparently marketingprofs.com are spam artists and there is no excuse in the world for that!
How about a real marketer's voice on spam?

- I'd like to meet Rex. He sounds like a real "thought-leader" compared to these spambastards.
