You want my help with your New Suzuki and all your other pre-owned automotive needs

I would like to apologize for the poor treatment you may have received and the other dealership. If you are tired of talking to poorly trained weasels and you want to work with a decision maker...I can help.
I live and die by referrals and repeat business.  In fact 50-60% of my business comes from repeat or referral business. 

Why is my repeat and referral business so high?  First...because I am Not Paid on Commission (Really, it's true.  That way I can focus on you.).  Second...I am going to give you all the information you need to make a well informed decision (Information like book values, Auto Check, complimentary appraisals, finance rates and terms, etc.).  Let's face it you get enough opinions from your friends, family, coworkers, and sometimes strangers to need my opinion as a car sales person.  Third...our dealership doesn't focus on the same things most other dealerships do.  As a matter of fact we do things exactly opposite of most traditional car dealers.  Why?  Because buying a New Suzuki or Pre-owned (used) car, truck, van, or SUV should be fun...not worse than going to the dentist.  People like to think of me as a Tour Guide rather than a sales person (Tour Guides are fun and give you lots of information).  I don't like shopping for a car either...that's why I started in the business.

If you are like most people, you are not sure of your financing options on a new or pre-owned vehicle.  We have a non-commissioned finance department as well.  All of our people are well trained to explain all the different options you have available.  Our non-commissioned finance team is here to work harder than any other dealership to get you approved at the rates and terms you are super duper excited about.  Don't worry about being slammed into a small smoky office with a "badger" trying to talk you into buying stuff you don't want (Like an extended warranty, under coating, Credit Life and Disability insurance, and an interest rate higher than you deserve).  Our team takes pride in finding you the best finance rates and terms.  Our staff has years of experience in auto financing, in fact they wrote the book on auto financing (We really have a book).  They are not some "old school" car guy working in the back office (That makes you feel bad about not getting the under coat) or a girl from the call center that sends your information to every lender in the country (Because she has no experience in the business and doesn't know anything about auto financing).  If you are not super duper excited about you finance rates and terms, tell us.  If we can't get the rates and term you are excited about, we wouldn't expect you to finance you vehicle with us.

We don't care about the shape of your credit.  We have a lender that can help.  If you have good, great, perfect, solid gold, challenged, damaged, bad, blemished, ugly, or no credit, one of our 40 different lenders will help.  Don't pre-judge your situation...let our team of experts help. 

Let me give you some information about me (Basically put I am going to sing my own praises).  I started working for Scott when I was 20 (I'm 31 now).  Scott and several other long term employees left a previous dealership to start the Suzuki franchise.  We used to be able to say that we have never worked for another dealership, but now we can say we have always worked for the same owner.  Our entire sales staff has only worked in a non-commissioned dealership.  The only way we know how to sell cars is our way (We think it is the right way).  I have had the option to work and manage several different aspects within the dealership.  That benefits me by giving me knowledge of how other departments work and interact with our guests and other departments.  My extensive knowledge benefits you because I can deliver better service than most other people.  Think about it this way...when you vehicle needs service, who is the service department going to go the extra mile for?  The guy that makes their job difficult, complains about service, and insults the service department or the guy (Me) that has been in their shoes, makes their job easier, and is interested in them?  My clients get better service, get scheduled sooner, get substitute transportation, and have an all-around better experience.  Plus I am more fun than any of my competition (But that goes without saying). 

I am finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership with Friends University. 

I have also spent a ton of time with the Dale Carnegie Courses.  I love to speak in front of a crowd and share my stories and experiences. I have attended the Dale Carnegie course once as a student and four times as a Graduate Assistant.  I have enjoyed the time I have spent with the courses.  There is more to the Dale Carnegie Course than learning to speak in public.  The Course teaches relationship building skills, communication skills, leadership skills, skills to control stress and worry, the ability to "think on your feet", and self-confidence.
