    Not even close Mulberry. It's a yeast extract base and even the smell makes me feel nautious. When expecting my daughter, my two year old wanted it every morning. I would have to spread it on his toast while I held my breath. I think that you have to start with it when you are that age or you will never develop a taste for it.
