Marriage Affair No Answer To A Failing Marriage

As my bio says I had an affair, something I am not proud of, hence no bio photo, but through a long, often very painful process my husband and I are still together.

This is in no small part due to his love for me and I know now my love for him. Neither one of us is blameless, something which took my husband a long time to accept, but my marriage affair probably saved our marriage .

I know that sounds like a cliche and it may be, there are certainly better ways to save a marriage, but in the long run it finally forced us to really consider our relationship.

We discovered that we did in fact still love each other, that neither of us was perfect and we would like to stay together no matter how hard that might be.

A marriage affair is possibly one of the most destructive things you can engage in, it can destroy trust, love, respect and a whole host of other things, not least your family.

Before you start a marriage affair it would be wise to consider what you hope to get out of it. The one thing you probably won't get is a great new life with another partner, you may get found out as I did and then you may find that you are left empty and alone.

Find out why marriage affairs start in the first place and what you can do to avoid them. A happy marriage is the greatest thing in the world so please please don't throw away your chance at happiness.

Could Anatomy Of An Affair Help You

Have You Ever Thought

These questions are so common and my husband tells me that they certainly went through his mind for months and months after our crisis. The common sense approach to these questions and many more are in the Anatomy Of An Affair ebook

I knew we were having problems but how could my partner have done this to me and our relationship

I don't know if my relationship can be saved

I worry that "once a cheater - always a cheater"

I can't stop thinking about the betrayal and deception

I don't know if I will ever feel right again or even be able to trust anyone enough to be in another relationship

I have so much anger that I find it difficult to cope

I need to move on but I don;t know how

Find out how in Anatomy Of An Affair

Negative Thoughts? Try This-It Works

This seemingly odd little tip really does work. First slip an elastic band over your wrist. Now concentrate on five positive things in your life right now, write them down and as you do so keep pinging the elastic band. Now, whenever you have a negative thought or feeling simply ping the band and your positive thoughts will replace the bad ones.

I dont believe in "Once a cheater - always a cheater". There is always room for a change. When you are change inwardly, your old-self has gone and you are no longer a cheater. Change the way you thing and do the right one.
