All About Marsha
I am categorizing my lenses, and some you will see more than once listed as I feel they go into more than one category.
My profile tells a lot about me, but here I will also share photos of my children and grandchildren as well.
Update June of 2011---I'm totally redoing this lens to focus mainly on my family and not so much on the lenses I am building (unless they have to do with family or myself). I am closing in on the 100 lens mark.
Update May 2012---I've topped 100 lenses and have many more to build! I thought about removing the older pictures of the grandkids, but for me, I enjoy the memories of them younger as well. I've decided to keep them here. :)

Me on Squidoo =
I am now married as of July 30, 2011. We bought our own home in March of 2011. My children are now 28, 25, 20, and 15. Just the one left at home. I am still homeschooling her. I now have a total of 9 grandchildren, which includes a step-grandchild! They range in age (as of Oct. 2011) from 4 months to 10 years old. I am including a video from our wedding later in this lens.
We have 1 dog and 3 cats. Malachi is the dog and is a miniature Pincher. The cats are common housecats and their names are Ichygo, Nyphadora, and Yummy Apple Oreo Ice Cream. They may be common housecats, but their names aren't! We still have Malakai (I found out I was spelling his name wrong) and we have 2 cats--Rev and Molly.
We are a homeschool family. I started homeschooling with my son in 1998.
I work as a lunch aide for the Headstart program...this is the 14th year with this job. I like it, but still have the goal of making enough money online to be able to completely stay at home.I quit my job with Headstart in May of 2009. I am happy to be able to stay home and work at making my dream come true of earning a living from home.
I really enjoy making crafts and working with my hands that way. I work while I click on the computer as well as always have a project to work on in my purse and a bin in my van of crafts to work on while I am out and about.
I really enjoy reading although since the internet about the only time I read now is in bed before going to sleep at night. I've started writing reviews of each book that I read.
Another new thing for me is that I am really into blogging. I call my blog Marsha's Spot. I have reviews, giveaways, coupons, good deals, frugal living, crafts and a lot more. I hope you will check it out.
How I create my lenses
I'm doing book review lenses, those are neat.
I've also built lenses in honor of my children and grandchildren and the tv shows (mostly) that they like the best.
Update---I've deleted that first original lens since it became more of a lensography and I have this one for that. Recently I started making This Day in History lenses. I'm starting with dates that mean something to me, but eventually hope to have all 365 days of the year. This will take a long time!
I'm enjoying reading and reviewing even more books than ever before. I'm behind in making book review lenses but hope to start getting caught up on those as well. I'm also going to start building music review lenses because companies are sending me CD's to review.

- Great lensography. I love the kids, grandkids, and cats. I'm wondering how long it takes to call your cats by name, especially Yummy Apple Oreo Ice Cream. I love it. I didn't mean to leave out Malachi. You need to get all those pet pictures onto Zazzle products -- especially Yummy Apple Oreo Ice Cream. that is one of the cutest cat pictures I've ever seen.

- I'm an adult from a homeschool family. I was the first kid officially homeschooled in the state of Maine. It was a really big hassle for my parents, because back than no body had ever heard of homeschooling, and there were no laws for it, so no one knew how to respond to our family. Today, homeschoolers are every where, but back in the 1970's we were alone! I don't have any kids of my own yet, but hope to someday, (though doctors are not hopeful) and plan to homeschool them, if I ever have any. It's always good to get to know other lensmasters here on Squidoo.
Great lens you got here! I've just added it to The Lensography Index. (http://www.squidoo.com/lensographies)
Keep up the good work!
