Martial Arts Instructors Must Think Outside The Box
Are you willing to try new things?
I learned through trial and error that you need to be flexible as a martial arts instructor an be able to think outside the box. In my own Dojo, I began losing students. After talking with an outgoing student I learned that my drills were boring and the student felt they had learned all they needed from me. This prompted me to search out new and interesting martial arts instructors drills that I found online which really opened me up to some new ways of doing things. My classes began to have full attendance again and I found my students excited, as I was.
