Marvel Female Characters Cosplay

All of you probably know about Catwoman, but only few familiar with Black Cat. Black Cat is another interesting character from Marvel, and her real name is Felicia Hardy. Black Cat is known as one of the most famous cat burglar in the world, probably has same reputation with Catwoman in comic world. Had appeared in Spider-Man series, this character possesses very rare ability to give "bad luck" to her enemies. Interesting, and somehow scary as you can imagine Catwoman with psionic ability.



Black Cat costume is almost similar as Catwoman's. The most interesting thing is her long white hair and masks that reveals her identity. With her black, tight outfit combines with her hair color, it creates very beautiful and strong contrast. Maybe Catwoman is more popular than Black Cat, but if I have to choose based on the costume, definitely I will pick Black Cat.

Only some people know the story behind Spider Woman. Judging from her name and appearance, probably Spider Woman is a perfect female version of Spider-Man. Indeed, the opinion is not completely wrong. Spider Woman possesses super human ability as Spider-Man does, such as great reflexes, agility, enormous speed, and venom blast shoot to enable her to crawl like a spider from a building to another building. When she is not fighting for justice in a costume, Spider Woman is recognized by the name Merriem/ Miriam Drew.



Personally I like Spider Woman cosplay version, because there are so many different interpretations of it. As you can see from the example above, the costume plays are different. Some cosplayers prefer to dress as the original Spider Woman character with red outfit, some of them prefer black, and small number of the cosplayer reflect her merely as a female dressed in Spider-Man costume. So, which one is your favorite?

Invisible Woman is a member of Fantastic Four, one of the superhero created by Stan Lee and published by Marvel Comics. Her real name is "Susan "Sue" Storm Richards" and she is the first super heroine created by Marvel in the SIlver Age of Comics. As her name describes, she has a super human ability to make herself disappear. This is pretty cool ability and one of the best and the most useful ability ever possessed by a super heroine.



The cosplay of Invisible Woman mostly comes with another three of Fantastic Four characters. With her blue outfit, Invisible Woman definitely catches the most attention from the group because she is the only female member and the most beautiful indeed. Although the cosplay of Invisible Woman is not so special, still interesting to find it in cosplay festivals.

At first, I thought that watching Iron Man won't be interesting because the series is lack of pretty chicks. But the presence of Black Widow reverse my naive thoughts. Watching her starred by Scarlett Johansson made me think that I have watched one of the most beautiful heroine ever created by Marvel. She is agile, fast, and deadly; somehow reminds me of a ninja. Her attractiveness is a great disguise to conceal her super hero identity. Very cute character.



In term of cosplay, she is as attractive as in the movie and comic books. I especially like the cosplay of Black Widow holding a sword as her weapon, because she looks more dangerous and hot with it. The black outfit is tight and body press type, allows her to move and fights freely. It looks like Catwoman cosplay without mask.

In my opinion, Scarlet Witch is a very exotic super heroine. Probably it is because of her real name--Wanda Maximoff- or maybe because of her bright red strangely shaped outfit. As a member of Avengers squad, she has much responsibility to fight for justice against her enemies. Her super human power is a kind of hexes, called as "hexes spheres" or "hexes bolts" that enables her to hit and target the enemies within her sight range. As a witch, she is also able to cast some magic such as invisible barrier, object levitation, or producing explosive flames.



Scarlet Witch costume play is very nice. Very bright in red color so that it may attract more attention. It is also very different with many of Super Heroine common costume, although she also wears robe. The costume clearly reflects her magical ability and her status as a witch in Avengers team. One more interesting thing is her headgear that is unique, neatly placed on her head like a tiara or a crown.
