Welcome to my Marysville real estate Squidoo profile! As an experienced Snohomish County real estate agent I am highly familiar with the many neighborhoods that make up the Marysville Community.

Being a mother of two boys, and have relocated around the world, I am familiar with the difficulties and challenges that a family may experience relocating to a new community. That is why I have created a website, Marysville real estate, to help people search and learn about the wonderful attributes that is Snohomish County. Our area is an excellent alternative to Seattle real estate and avioding inner city living.

Marysville Washington

Marysville is a residential housing community that offers a great escape from the daily grind of city life. As a growing area, with a new Costco & Target, there are many things that make it very special. Marysville is located near major employers while being situated on the Cascade foothills and only minutes from the water of the Puget Sound.

As a long time resident, and real estate broker for over 20 years, I have had the opportunity to see the city change, grow, and become much more than a farm town. Marysville has become a gateway city and has been made popular by the Tulalip Resort Casino and the revitalization of the Marysville Marina - which rumor has it the City of Marysville will be building a downtown boardwalk and business sector since their recent purchase of Geddes Marine in 2010.

Many changes have come to the area and it seems that Marysville is on its way to become a destination city instead of just a housing. With that said, the City of Marysville hasn't forgotten about her residents. For the 2010 school year, the City opened its second high school, Getchell High School, The Chargers, which has eased the student population of Marysville Pilchuck, The Tomahawks, while creating some friendly competition between the two schools.
