The "New" Star Whose Work You've Been Watching For Years

Masi Oka is best known for his Emmy nominated role of Hiro Nakamura in the NBC TV show HEROES, but I guarantee that if you watch TV or movies at all, you've probably already enjoyed his work.

Step Aside, Clark Kent
"When Masi Oka '97 tried out for the role of geeky superhero Hiro Nakamura, he knew he had it cold; all he had to do was play himself."

Interviews With Masi Oka

"The genre of sci-fi is about wish-fulfillment. It opens your mind in terms of thinking outside the box, outside what's 'real' in our world. And if we don't think outside that box we can never grow as a species. So sci-fi gives us that creativity, that limitless imagination that we need to inspire ourselves in our own world."
