The reason that Frank is giving away his big fancy "Mass Control" system is actually just another one of his "Evil Genius" marketing schemes...
You see, he's launching a new membership program, and he's using the Mass Control system as a "bribe" to get people to TRY the program.
Yes, I said "TRY" it. With no obligation.
