Massive pecs are one of THE most desirable body parts for guys and for good reason.

Why?

Because massive pecs denote health, strength and POWER - ALL aphrodisiacs!

A big chest signals a guy is THE KING of his particular jungle (think Tarzan beating his pecs as he yodels to Jane), and that he is THE man the girls come running to for protection. (Nothing is more sexy than a strong, protective guy...)

So most guys want them?

Building an impressive chest takes more than hitting the weights and exercising hard. It requires eating WELL to fuel the body while exercising...

It requires reducing your body fat percentage!

The average guy walking down your street has a body fat percentage of 13-18%. Nothing remarkable there, but AVERAGE won't get your sexy pecs noticed if they're smothered in a layer of fat! If you want a massive chest with pecs appeal, you're also going to have to get lean.

What body fat percentage should you aim for?

10-12% is an excellent target. Achieve THIS, and the girls in the jungle will be beating THEIR chests as they rush to catch your attention!

You'll also perform star-jumps with ease ;-)

Instead, you're going to turn to an exercise that requires grit and guts and determination (but hey, nothing good ever comes easy!)...

Your exercise of choice to build massive pecs will be The Dip Exercise.

Now while the thought of dipping full body weight might give some folks palpitations (heck, I still get 'em), full body weight dips are ONLY the beginning!

To build massive striated pecs with Wolverine pecs appeal, requires you lifting HEAVY.

How heavy?

  • Consider 20-30 kilos strapped to your middle as a good starting point, and MORE when that gets easy...
