Here's The Recipe For The Master Cleanser Diet

If you are interested in trying the master cleanse diet, you will need the recipe to make the lemonade which is central to the plan's success. The drink is easy to make and it's ingredients relatively easy to find.

First, you will need two tablespoonsful of fresh lemon or lime juice. It is best if you squeeze this juice yourself. Stay away from canned or bottled juices as these contain preservatives. Next, you will need two tablespoonsful of Grade B maple syrup. While Grades A and C are also available, Grade B is best for this recipe. Finally, you will need about 1/10 of a teaspoonful of cayenne pepper.

To make the drink, mix the lemon or lime juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper together in a ten ounce glass. Then finish filling the glass with medium hot or cold water depending on whether you prefer hot or cold lemonade. Full glasses of this mixture should be drunk six to ten times during the day.

If you'd like to try the master cleanse diet, the recipe for the drink is relatively easy to make and the ingredients inexpensive and usually not hard to find. Giving your body a chance to rest from digestion and cleanse itself may be the best thing you can do to restore your energy levels and loose unwanted pounds.

Now that you have the recipe, you are ready to get started on your master cleanse journey. Remember, in order for the diet to be successful, you must follow the directions to the letter. Good luck!

I have tried the lemonade diet. I felt great after I was done, 3 to 4 days on detox diet, clear head, more energy and lost on average about 6 to 10 lbs. The only thing I notice is my skin looked older and during the diet I had headaches, I was weak and very disoriented.

I am on day 12 of the lemonade fast. I had headaches the first two days, but rested and followed the instructions. I've lost about 12 pounds and feel like Im 18 again! I suggest weaning off of food for about 3 or 4 days with fruits and veggies BEFORE you begin the fast, it will gear you mentally for the fast. I may go to 18 days!! People who know me are looking at me differently and now everyone wants to try it!!! Its a test of your discipline, and will but well worth the results. Key: Don't listen to anyone who has not successfully completed at least 10 days of this diet!!

This 'cleanse' is actually remarkable! The pepper cures the aches of hunger and the maple syrup gives you the energy you need to keep going! I recommend this to ANYONE who wants to drop a couple pounds fast or for those you want to jumpstart a diet and healthy lifestyle!
