Master Astral Projection Now
There are several religious disciplines that foster ways to master astral projection as a way to allow a person's consciousness to lift out of the physical body and into the astral plane. This ability for the astral form of you to take excursions away from your outer body is frequently interpreted as a 'near death' experience, while it's actually the ethereal part of you entering the astral plane and temporarily leaving your physical body behind. Find out more information on how toSome people fear the idea of allowing their astral self to roam outside of the physical body, as they believe they may not be able to find their way back. The truth is, your ethereal essence is anchored to your own body, so an abrupt movement or sound or break in your meditative state is often enough to bring your astral form rushing back to your body.
Most people are capable of spontaneous out of body experiences, but only a few are able to master conscious astral projection and decide how and when it should happen. These people are also able to travel wherever they want to go.
It is possible for anyone to achieve out of body experiences with just a little practice and patience. In order to master astral projection, there are some simple exercises you can do to help safely leave your body to enter the astral plane and travel anywhere you want.
Perhaps the easiest way to prepare yourself is to lie quietly on your bed with your eyes closed and your arms by your side. Breathe deeply through your nose in long, slow breaths and allow your mind to wander.
You should make a conscious effort to let your feet and legs relax. Allow this feeling of relaxation to extend up your fingertips and along your arms and from here along the whole length of your body.
Don't be disappointed if the first few times you try this exercise as it can sometimes take a little bit of practice to remain conscious while you're so relaxed. In the moments just before you fall asleep, you might begin to feel very light. Some people report feeling as though they're falling, while others may experience a tugging sensation, as though something is pulling at their chest.
These signs can often be the beginning of a successful out of body experience. If you can train your mind to remain conscious through these feelings of your ethereal self beginning to leave your body, you can then direct it to travel to any place you desire.
Everyone is capable of learning to master astral projection. You simply need to learn how to make your physical body go to sleep while your consciousness remains fully awake and alert. Be patient with your efforts and you'll soon learn that it's easy to have your own out of body experiences whenever you want.
