    They can do OK in apartments, as long as they are exercised regularly. Don't giv up if you really want one!

    Super site,
    An easy 5 stars.
    I lOVE big dogs, I have 4 ~~~all weigh over 100lbs.
    The Mastiff appears to be a gentle giant, I am inspired to consider one for adoption at some time when I have less than 4..

    Nice work with this lens! It's very well organized and definitely gives a full picture of what the Mastiff breed is all about... They are just big loveable teddy bears!

    These videos are awesome! I love the Mastiffs. I wish I could get one myself, but I live in apartment and my neighbors don't like dogs. :(

    Well being a fan of smaller dogs i will say that the mastiff puppies are so cute but I think fully grown are a bit too big for me!

    This is my next dog... i have a yellow lab and when he passes away (he is 13) I am getting a Mastiff.

    Mostly they are "loppy" when they are puppies, because their body grows faster than their coordination. When they are full-grown, and their coordination has caught up, they are majestic creatures. But they ARE kind of loppy puppies!

    As massive dog fan and this Mastiff hub is great, but you refer to them as "loppy" but I could not see any explanation of what you mean by loppy.

    Please educate me!

    I don' think they smell any worse - there's just more of them to smell! Really, they are short haired, and only need to be bathed every few weeks. Of course, if you want a pretty smelling Mastiff doggy, bathe him a bit more often.

    My brother in law has two mastiffs. They are big, strong, gentle, great with kids, and they are obedient. Great work on this one, Squid Angel Blessings =)

    My next door neighbor has a Mastiff and have to say there is a really good looking dog but perhaps needs a bit more training!
