It's the 2012 Ferris Bueller Sequel we've all been waiting for with a Matthew Broderick Ad of the now 50 something actor impishly calling out sick while zipping around town in a Honda CRV.
Though the hair may be a touch grey, whether 50 or in his teens, the music remains the same with the song used on the original Ferris Bueller's Day Off Soundtrack "Oh Yeah" by Yello playing as Broderick checks out a museum, amusement park and other fun.
What's missing is his girlfriend and sidekick friend. Hmmmm. Wonder if they have any sequels or follow-up commercials planned? That would be especially fun if they showed up in the next ads. Or wouldn't it be fun to see Broderick tool around town with his Tower Heist buddy Eddie Murphy.

- Great lens! I loved the ad! The old vs. new youtube video is really cool. The video helps you see details that you might not have caught just watching the ad (e.g., both phones - the one Ferris uses and the one Matthew uses - are red).
