My desire for this Lens is to peer through the Eye of leadership, design and innovation as we crusade into the dawn of the spiritual age worker! As we enter this age it will be paramount for leaders in all walks of industry to understand the dynamic between the knowledge age worker and the spirtual age worker. That will require Spirtual Intelligence.
Someone once said, "if you don't like change, you will like irrelevance even less!!" That quip is true today and will be even more true in the coming years. The successful leader will be defined by their ability to marry the two cultures together using Spritual Intelligence.
