Medical matters especially when both man and computer meet halfway and work together to make everything so much better. The truth is everything is mobile nowadays and hopefully even our medical records too. Imagine this, you go to another country for a business conference and you meet an accident along the way. So if your medical records can be accessed by the hospital by just using the computer, their medical staff would know right away what are you allergic to and what other treatments you may have had that could affect how they would treat you. It is the ultimate convenience beyond all levels.

Medical malpractice happens and it could be because of medical record keeping. Having a medical software can make record keeping so much easier to manage and to pull out. The softwares available can easily pick out the errors made or if there are some kind of inconsistency plus the fact that you can easily trace who made the errors because of the control features that it has.

Just recently in the news, a certain hospital gave the wrong dosage to a premature baby that caused that baby her life. That same hospital also did the same thing to the twins of Dennis Quaid, an actor.

This is alarming because the errors is probably caused by medical record keeping and the errors really prove that medical matters. I hope that the government or at the very least, the hospital admin of that hospital will do something about these errors.
