My wife got fired from her job because the doctors office didn't keep records of the notes they gave her for time off of work. Her company inquired verification of days off, the doc's office said they didnt write the note, so the company terminated her.

There are so many different ways that medical records can get messed up. It is a challenge; that's for sure. I once had a hospital take me to court for not being willing to pay for a procedure that could only be done once... an' I had a'ready had that procedure 20 years earlier... by someone in a state 1,000 miles away. Naturally, I won in court, but that sure didn't take away from how much hassle I hadda' go through. Thanks for all your advice.
