- Sponsored by About.com, this forum is moderated and tends to get most basic questions answered. There are a few spam posts but nothing too obnoxious.
- Herbal Remedies - Yahoo Group
- This Yahoo group is focused on the use of herbs for healing purposes. They do not allow ANY advertising of any kind so it is absolutely spam free. This group does produce a large volume of mail though, so I would recommend you either read the posts online or use the daily digest feature.
