Medieval Festivals in France and in Luxembourg (Europe)

Visiting Medieval Festivals provides us with a background about what happens in the Middle Age without the need to read the history about it, it's all visual effects, music, market with middle age products and also the fights between different knights ...

Of course, there is a need to read about the Middle Age as well, but by first visiting such a Festival I am convinced that learners would be much more open to read about it, because it is fascinating... Check out my lens and you will understand...

BTW: Luxembourg is a country in Europe , while Luxembourg is one of the smallest countries in the World with only 510,000 inhabitants (2011). Both countries, Luxembourg and France , have a great Middle Age History and also a lot of castles and Medieval Festivals worth to visit...

Festival Médiéval à RODEMACK (FR)

RODEMACK is in France (Europe) close to Germany and Luxembourg border...

As it is not possible to "embed" an object in SQUIDOO, such as an PICASA SLIDESHOW, so I can only provide here a screenshot with a link to the SLIDESHOW, enjoy it anyway... Below you will see an animated gif presentation with only 10 images. My Slideshow provides you about more than 300 images and the quality of the images is much more better also...

Medieval Festival in VIANDEN (LU) in 2011

OK, Slideshow is possible with Flickr. But with a restriction: I wanted to upload about 230 photos but after 200 photos I reached already the maximum what Flickr allows!!!

Flickr asks now to upgrade to a professional account who would cost about $24,95 per year. NO thank you Flickr, this was my first and last action with you. PICASA gives me unlimited space to share my photos and slideshows.

It is just a pity that SQUIDOO doesn't allow to upload slideshows from PICASA, may be later...
