Time For Meditation
I don't have time to meditate? I don't have time not to meditate?
Meditation is becoming more of a common and accepted term, and a majority of people agree, that it is probably a good thing to do. It is recommended by many healthy related professionals. The majority of people additionally say, I don't have time to meditate.
Conversely, and you can take this to the bank. Go out and find someone who meditates regularly, and ask them if they have time to meditate. I will guarantee you, that 99 out of 100, if not 100% will answer, 'I don't have time NOT to meditate'.
Have you ever heard this? If you have, have you thought about it?
