- balancing the chakras is simple yet powerful. I'll never forget watching Shirley Maclaine's video on that back in--the 80's? Or was it the 70's?

- I am somewhat educated about the chakras, but not really enough. This lens is very helpful. I appreciated especially the visualization of the chakras. As always, your graphics are your trademark! Well done!
