Meditation Sound | Training the Brain with Meditation Sounds
Meditation sounds that put the brain into a deep state of meditation might sound like science fiction. But the technology has been around since the 1970s.
A lot of people have spent a lot of time since then practicing traditional forms of meditation, and not feeling that they have achieved the benefits they were hoping for.
Brain entrainment through binaural beat technology makes meditation automatic and guaranteed. The time taken to reach a state of conscious awareness can be massively reduced.

Meditation Sound Frequencies
What the Brain Does Naturally
Each side of the brain produces brainwaves or electrical impulses across a range of frequencies, all of the time. The strength of each frequency and which side of the brain produces more of it depends on the type activity we are engaged in.
The left side of the brain is associated with logical, practical tasks such as arithmetic, while the right side is more associated with more creative, artistic pursuits.
The aim of meditation is to enable us to achieve more balance between the two halves and to remain calm in the face of whatever life throws at us. We do this by learning to generate more of the lower frequency waves, which is easier said than done.

Classification of the frequencies
What We Are Trying to Create
Beta: 14 - 21 Hz. Normal conscious activity. This range can increase to around 100Hz in times of high stress.
Alpha: 7 - 14. Just falling asleep or waking. Also when absorbed with one thing like reading a good book.
Theta: 4 - 7Hz. Dreaming or REM sleep.
Delta 0 - 4Hz. Dreamless sleep.

Meditation Sound | How Entrainment Works
The Physics Behind It
When two pure sounds are mixed, what is produced is the difference between them. e.g. If you mix 200Hz and 180Hz, the result is 20Hz. This can be heard as a beat, a sort of wuh, wuh, wuh sound.
In entrainment, the two sounds are applied to each ear separately via headphones. They are processed by olivary nuclei in the brain and the result is generated as an impulse by the brain.
Therefore, by choosing the original frequencies, any required frequency can be created in the brain.

Meditation sound | The Benefits
What Does This Mean for Us
Measurements on very experienced, long term meditators have shown that they can sustain periods at Alpha and very occasionally dip into Theta. Using binaural beats, the brain can be taken to and maintained at the delta level. This can happen while you remain at a level of conscious awareness. You can carry on with you normal thought process, although some people prefer to still follow their traditional meditation practice while using the technology.
Progress towards maintaining a balanced and calm state of mind, whatever life throws at us, is very much more rapid, and assured. Using normal methods, you can't even subjectively tell if you are meditating.
