Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean Diet, i.e the food people living along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, eat, seems to be particularly good for the health of the circulatory system and heart.

It is well known that French, Spanish, Italian or Greek people are generally suffering less from heart problems, even though their diet is rich. But the composition of their menues is helping the body stay healthy, and a glass of red wine (or two) a day helps too!
