Meet Nana Poppins

Im not employed in the traditional sense. My days of unemployment start at 5:30am and end around bedtime. I go to the kids house and get the older children off to school.

Then wake up sleepy head and get him ready for our adventures. Anthony and I go to the park, Mommy and Me, Story Time, walks and such. We get back in time to make/have lunch with Poppy.

The afternoons consist of singing ABCs and counting 123s. Reading books we checked out at the library, building the best lego creations ever.. (I don't exactly know what they are but wow are they cool hehe).

We play basketball, soccer and tugOwar (that's new and it means he pulls me until I give up!) When his mom comes to get him we have a 15 minute debate about getting his shoes on. I usually win. The goodbye hug.. Sometimes they are free and sometimes they costs me chocolate!

Then the typical wifey stuff.. What's for dinner? Did you get a chance to "insert any task that can NOT be done with a 4 yr old here" ? *eye roll*

Usually after the dust settles at the end of the day I get online and work on my blog, or blog hops (promotion). I read about SEO (one of these days I'll get it!), keywords and other boring but necessary things to do.

When I first started blogging I was just worried about getting something - anything posted. I wrote about a day at the park or Sunday dinner. I didn't have a specific direction. As I met more bloggers I started seeing how using my blog as a tool was a better option. It's still a work in progress but Im really happy with it!

Lately I have been working on Squidoo and either writing lenses or reading other people lenses on how to write lenses. I go to the forum and read, critique and learn there too! So many lensmasters are here to help and they truly do!
