Rocketing Lensmasters To Success
RocketSquids is a lensmaking university for promising new lensmasters. It's a private learning environment run by the official Squidoo team, drawing on our years of observing firsthand what makes new lensmasters great and how we can help. RocketSquids is designed to help you master the basics on Squidoo -- by taking weekly lensmaking challenges, reading daily lessons, getting feedback from our Mentors and meeting other new aspiring writers on Squidoo.
The RocketSquid Mentors are veteran lensmasters and Giant Squids who know the ropes and can recognize a quality lens when they see it. They will be writing some valuable lensmaking tips, answering questions and stopping by your lenses to offer support. They are an amazingly dedicated, generous and talented group of lensmasters who are ready to help.

Meet The RocketSquid Mentors
I'd also like to introduce...
Robin, Susan & Bonnie (that's me)!
Robin is a Squidoo Community Organizer and Susan is a Squidoo Greeter. Both of them will be sharing their expertise and and lensmaking tips on RocketSquids. You can learn a lot from these talented lensmasters!And in case your wondering who runs RocketSquids....that would be me. I'm Bonnie (bdkz on Squidoo). I am also a Community Organizer and head up the Giant Squid Club.
What is RocketSquids?
RocketSquids is offered to all new lensmasters who have published a lens or two already, but have fewer than 25 featured lenses, hate the taste of spam, and are clearly looking to do good things in this community. If that sounds like you, just fill out the form below and if you're accepted we'll be in touch within 1 week. RocketSquids runs on a rolling basis and we enroll new lensmasters weekly.

- I glad the RocketSquids was launched to help newer lensmasters. - One of the best tips I can give to new lensmasters is about the regular Amazon modules not showing for search engines; the Amazon Spotlight and Voting plexo modules are the best ones to use, so search engines can see them. - Look at your lenses in the Google cache pages, to see what Google sees. :)

- I would like to learn also. but have over 100 lens. What I would like to learn is "How to I get my lens in higher tiers"? I have nearly 100 lens in tiers 3, 4, 5,
Need help to improve them, work everyday on them, but nothing happens, still stay down low.

- I'm with some of the others: RocketSquids seems like such a great program, I'd love to see it extended to those of us in the 25-plus-but-still-got-lots-to-learn crowd. :)

- I've never been a Rocketmom even though I have children. My life has been a roller coaster for a long time but I would love to receive some of the training you are providing for the new lens makers. I have more lenses than 25 so I would request like sherioz, that something be done for the oldie-but-goodie crowd. Perhaps we could hang onto someone's coattail?

- I didn't know about this! Had I known I'd have put off doing a few lenses just to be able to join. Any chance there will be an intermediate level university course offered? I may have 26 lenses done, but I certainly feel the need for some mentoring to be able to polish them up to a higher standard. What do you say?

- Hi, y'all. Just popped in to let everyone know how excited I am about being a mentor. I love writing on Squidoo and I have learned a lot from my 6 years here. The most important lesson thing is that one needs to be true to oneself! Having a good time does not hurt, either!
