Ok, we all know Megan Fox is super hot, right? This is probably universally accepted by men and women (certainly men). Her acting ability - well, that's another issue. So how does she maintain her body? Well, it isn't as difficult as you might think. It is basically a strategic diet and workout that keeps here in tip top shape for her roles. Not bad for a girl who has to get her personal trainer to come to her because she can't motivate herself to go workout.

Next, let's consider Megan Fox's workout. She uses bodyweight circuit training with particular emphasis on core work, which I know to be highly effective in burning fat. What this means is that she will go through a particular set of exercises with minimal rest in between. After completing 3-5 exercises, she rests for 1-2 minutes and repeats.
