- I join others in sending love and deep sympathy in the tragic death of your daughter. You have lived every parent's nightmare and I think we all grapple to understand and hurt with you. This page is a service to so many and you explain skin cancers so beautifully. Thank you.

- You are doing such a wonderful service by providing all this important information about Melanoma. You may never know who will end up here and what amount of help you have given but I feel sure that it will mean a lot to anyone who reads it. I love the idea of leaving a Michael Jackson video on all your lenses in memory of your daughter. I can't imagine how hard it must be and my heart goes out to you. Blessings to you and this lens.

- I read a comment you left on a lens and came here already in tears..God Bless You!
*****5* lens*****
I can't imagine the loss of a child, it would be too hard to bare. I have lost both my parents from Cancer at 60, dad had liver cancer, mom had misdiagnosed Multiple myeloma, my twin sister had Melanoma and I have had Thyroid cancer. As humans we ache in our hearts for the loss of our loved ones, especially a child...I found my truth Faith in God after I was diagnosed...and I have never looked back...My mom also reached out to someone, and in her last breath the words "I Love You"...how lucky I was to be there all alone hearing those last words!
I for one believe all things happen for a purpose and we are to learn from them, God allows them to happen, we then have Choices, I chose to use my gift from God through my art to help others...you chose to write.

- My heart goes out to you on the loss of your daughter. I have a friend who was just diagnosed with malignant melanoma, now going through the "what's next" phase and another friend who has had two melanoma surgeries and has an appointment soon for examination of some new lesions. Thank you for writing this to minister to others. Lensrolling to my Cancer Warrior lens.

- My deepest condolences for the loss of your daughter. And thank you so much for sharing this important information. I cringe to think of all the times I spent in the sun, tanning and even sometimes burning without protection. I really need to watch my skin and look for any changes. The "this can't happen to me" attitude is very dangerous, and I have to be careful not to fall into that mindset. Thank you for reminding me to be vigilant.

- Thanks for sharing your story - I lost my mother to this when I was only 8 years old. It is important to get the message out - I always say the healthy one is the one that is not tan. I have had birth marks removed and get checked often myself. I am sorry for your loss. I hate the word Cancer so much. My father is a 2 cancer survivor and my mother in law is a survivor as well - not from this but it is all horrible. You have been Blessed by The Party Animal. Party On....

- Welcome to Squidoo Cindy and I am sorry it is such a sad story that has prompted you to join. However, thank you for sharing such important information. I would like to suggest that you carry on your learning journey on Squidoo by continuing to visit lenses to learn about how to promote this lens, so that you can spread this message far and wide.
You will also get help, hints and tips on the SquidU Forum (link at the bottom of the page), which is one of the best (and nicest) forums on the internet.
This lens is exceptionally well laid out and thoroughly deserves the Angel Blessing I have given it. I do hope you will continue to publish lenses!

- This site is full of very valid and critical information that can not only be useful in the education on Melanoma, but may also help to save you or your loved one's life! I did not personally know Kelly, but am very close to those that did, and lost my Mom to Ocular Melanoma as well . Please pass on this site to help spread awareness of the dangers of sun and other causes related to all types of Melanoma...
Keep up the good work, Cindy! I love you xoxo
