How to Melt Chocolate or Almond Bark Without a Double Boiler

You are craving chocolate covered strawberries or Grandma's homemade peppermint bark, so you go to the trouble of finding the recipe and gathering the ingredients. Then you stop short.     This sounds like I could almost make this! yummy!

Warning

Don't allow any water in the chocolate while stirring. Just a small amount can change or even ruin the chocolate's consistency.
