- This movie disturbed me so much, I had to buy it for my DVD collection. I've probably seen it half a dozen times since.

- I saw this movie a couple of years ago, and, now that I'm old enough to have short term memory myself LOL, I decided to watch it again on a whim. I am amazed at how the film stands up. I saw nuances this viewing that I don't remember seeing in the last. Nolan is doing Inception, due out in July, and the theme sounds similar. I cannot recommend this movie enough. Eventually, you will put certain flashbacks and fast-forwards together and be stunned at the "real" story. Thumbs up!

- This is on my Top Ten List of Best all time Movies. In My opinion, the mark of a great movie is still wanting it to continue when you have reached the end. This film definely does that for you.

- This movie was one of the best I've seen The Following and Insomnia, both by the same director, are well worth renting as well.
Film Noir is hot. The Cohen Brothers are wicked at it it, and another piece I liked was Novocaine starring Steve Martin.
Thanks!

- One of my all-time favorites. Recently there was a movie in Bollywood (Mumbai, India) called 'Ghazini', which was inspired by 'Memento'. Ghazini was a big hit in India. Here's a link:

- I enjoyed "Memento" a lot too. It's interesting that RichLeigh should mention watching the DVD chapters in reverse order. When I rented "Memento" and watched it for the first time, I re-watched several of the scenes again (by taking the DVD back a chapter), because I was excited to refresh my own memory about how the scene had begun, since that would tell me a lot about the reasons why the next scene would begin as it did.

- I enjoyed your review of the film there. :) What I find most amusing about this film is that with the DVD one of the extras is that you're able to watch the film in chronological order.... kind of defeats the whole object of the film really doesn't it! Anyway; great review of an excellent film
