Critical subject that affects 100% of women at some point in time, unless they die young...I found it best to nip the rising thermostat in the bud quickly, by abruptly leaving conversations and sticking my head in the freezer. Really!

The airflow around the head and neck was wonderful, and I rested my forehead on a soft gel pack both to cool it and to avoid freezer burn. My temperature dropped back down in seconds, I breathed deeply, then I returned to the conversation with apologies for my sudden departure. But speed was critical to make temperature normalize quickly!
