This piercing is located on the shaft of the penis, and is placed perpendicular to the shaft just below the head of the penis. A ring or barbell can be worn in this piercing. Prince Albert
The Prince Albert is a male genital piercing that goes through the shaft, just under the head, going through and exiting via the urethra. Supposedly this piercing was named after the husband of Queen Victoria, Prince Albert. There seem to be a lot of stories that he had one of these piercings, but at the same time, there really isn't any definitive proof.This is one of the more popular men's body piercings.
The name sometimes given to a "reverse" Prince Albert is a "Cleopatra." The placement is similar to a PA, but done so as to align over the top of the penis.
