There are two types of income in the world,
but unfortunately only one will give you freedom.

he first type of income is Linear Income

This is where you are just trading time for money.
If you are like most people you do have to work to
make a living. If you don't work, you don't get paid.
That's a linear income.

The second type of income is a lot different. It is
sometimes called Royalty Income or Recurring
income. Some refer to it as a Passive income or
Residual income. Whatever name your refer to it
as being, It's the secret to creating true wealth.

This Royalty income, is when you do the work
right one time and get paid for it over, and over,
and over again. Such as that of singers that create
hit music. They made a hit recording and it is sold,
listened to for years. They receive a monthly check
for years when they produced a hit for only one time
for that pay.

This is also the beauty of network marketing, it will

In this review of Success In 10 Steps. I will share what I have found to be a unique wealth of knowledge. For anyone who is searching for ways to reach success while avoiding many of the struggles of failure, this is a must read.

Success In 10 Steps was written by Michael Dlouhy of Florida a few years ago. He uses a simple yet very direct approach to help many from all walks of life to discover why they have been unsuccessful in gaining their desired levels of success in life thus far.

Although this book is rather small in the number of pages, the information that lies within it is so powerful and profound and just makes good sense. I read the content of this book, say maybe a total of three times. Not because it was a difficult read but because of the simplicity of it. After my first reading, which was done in one sitting nonstop. It left me asking myself the question, could it be this simple?

Super Mentoring

As you evaluate opportunities, consider the 5 pillars
you need in place for massive success.

Pillar #1. Leadership. Every time we have ever seen
a company or down-line explode and go away, it
does so because of the same 2 reasons: GREED
and EGO.

True leaders are the Mentors with the servant's heart.
It's never about the money. No Money Focus = No
Greed. Build people and people will build the business.

People are people. They are not a number. They have
goals,dreams & desires. Network marketing is not a sales
business. Network marketing is a teaching & mentoring
business.

Pillar #2. Product. In this industry if your product is not
remarkable, you are invisible.

You need a product people will buy even with no compensation
plan. You need a system for your people to retail product to the
consumer. Wal-Mart is the world's largest retail corporation.
How big would their parking lot need to be if they only sold to
their employees? In network marketing you have to retail to
sponsor.

Pillar #3. Compensation. You need a compensation plan that
will work for the part-timer as well as the full-timer who wants
unlimited income.

35% of the population are nurturers. They need a plan where
they can help the most people, putting people under people
under people to nurture and help those people.

15% of the population just want to have fun. They need a
plan that is fast-paced, exciting, with fast-start money.

35% of the population are detail-oriented numbers-crunchers.
They need to see unlimited income in the leadership position.

15% of the population is all about money. They want to make
more money than anybody else. They want a copensation plan
that realistically offers Unlimited Income. They will leave you for
more money.

Pillar #4. Timing. When the timing is right, NON-network
marketers will take your product to the marketplace. Like the
skyscraper, the timing means NOW. Not 10 years earlier.
Not 10 years later. I'll take timing over hard work every time.

Pillar #5. A tested, proven, duplicatable system for success.

Everyone you sponsor and everyone they sponsor needs a
step by step system to get off to a fast start: on-line, off-line,
one on one, cold market, warm market, retailing, recruiting,
becoming a mentor to their personally sponsored people.

Don't join a group unless they have such a system in place.

Remember when you were a kid, the summer days seemed
to last forever? Now that you are all grown up, there just aren't
enough hours in the day to get things accomplished.

If you are struggling to fit everything in, then improving your time
management skills can help. Here are some helpful suggestions
that have assist in making my days operate more smoothly.

*Start your day with a plan. List the tasks you would like to get done, and
prioritize them.

*Be sure to block out time for appointments and family time. It is very important
to balance between family and work.

*Divide large projects into smaller more manageable steps. Doing so not only
will make finishing easier but also makes starting feel less overwhelming.

*Once you get going don't interrupt your day to answer the telephone or by
checking email unless you are expecting an important message.

*Instead designate a time for checking messages and replying to those that
need to be addressed immediately. The others can go on your to do list.

*Determine what time of day your energy level is at its highest, and schedule
important or difficult tasks for this time. This is when your mind is at its
freshest.

*Carry the simple things that can be done on your downtime such as when
you are waiting for an appointment or a meeting to get started.

*Take advantage of outsourcing training of your team by using a well respected
skills and training team such as
