MERCEDES-BENZ vs. BMW -- Which ROADSTER is for YOU?
I've heard the debate FOR YEARS! You're a fan of either MERCEDES-BENZ and BMW! If you love one of these, you don't change-over to the other side ... E-V-E-R! Now I attest to this debate as you see I've become a MERCEDES-BENZ supporter since I purchased my SLK-230 KOMPRESSOR ROADSTER some 6 years ago! I love this sexy car!

The look on any BMW cars arent attractive and worst of all they wouln't last long and never will they be classics or worth any money when they aged...sorry...Mercedez outdo BMW in lasting looks, reliability and any Mercedez classics worth $$$ I am a owner of SL320 and SLK200...lovely sports luxury cars...:-)

Daimler-Benz invented the automobile! They obsess over every detail to make it the best possible. They are leaders in design trends and new technology development, while BMW is the eternal follower, always at least one step behind. I'd rather choose a used Mercedes over a brand new BMW any day!

Thats hilarious! I mean that you would compare the elitenes of mercedes to BMW Mercedes Benz rocks. The only negative part is the cost of the car and the cost to repair. BMW in itself has some very good rivals and less expensive too. That makes it apealing, But in all reality Mercedes is way ahead as long as yo can aford it! I have to say this though: My brother inlaw is one of the top bosses in Norway for Mercedez benz. Guess where my car comes from? :-)

OMG! There are so very very many excellent remarks on both sides of the HMB debate for making a case for Mercedes-Benz and for BMW. Yes, quite a while ago when the Z-3 came out, I was one of those putting fingerprints all over the driver window taking a look at the insides of that baby and one of our friends wanted one so bad that they ultimately bought a used one. I'll occasionally see that Z-3 pull up at work, but my little yellow SLK-230 Kompressor is still better looking!

Yes, I must admit that I've owned a couple of roadsters in my life and currently have driven a sunburst yellow Mercedes-Benz SLK-230 Kompressor roadster for five years. As my hubby and I have debated W-H-A-T that next car of mine might be, I've been looking around at other roadsters and am trying to find my next "dream car." Here's a few shots of the SLK-350 ... it's cool, but for me I need a bright color, maybe sunburst yellow?
