Meredith Gentry has been hiding her true identity, and living as a private investigator specializing in supernatural crimes for the past three years. Unfortunately, in the first book in the series, A Kiss Of Shadows her old life catches up to her.
Merry is heir to the Unseelie throne, so she must leave the human world on the orders of her Aunt, Queen ANdais, and returrn to the world of the fey.
Unfortunately there is another who holds claim to the throne, Queen Andais' son, Cel.
If he produces an heir before Merry does...or if he kills Merry, he will claim the throne.

- I have read a couple of them and enjoyed them. This is a really great lens, going to feature it in my recommend fantasy books if you're ok with that. Will be having a look at your other lenses :)

- I've read up through "Lick of Frost", but haven't yet read "Swallowing Darkness". I think she's gone off track a bit--not that I mind the sex (in fact, I rather like it), but there's frequently not much else going on....
Nice lens, BTW. Lensrolled to my Urban Fantasy lens.
