I searched and searched for an affordable treadmill, keeping in mind I live with my boyfriend who is 180 lbs and knowing he would want to use it too. We are very happy with our order. When it arrived, it was easily assembled and we've used it for over a year now. When he runs on an incline, it will slightly bow, but it is still running and working like it did when we first got it. When I use it (I'm 145 lbs), I think it runs smoothly and am very happy with my purchase. For the cost, it is very effective. I would reccomend it to anyone who is looking for an afforable treadmill. This treadmill is a good alternative method of exercise. It is the first one I have had. Therefore, I can not compare it to any other similar products. This treadmill allows you to manually control your work-out as you go, or you can follow programed ones.

This collaboration also produced a revolutionary foot pedal adjustment system not found on any other elliptical brand. Sole knows that not everyone walks the same way, so the company's engineers designed the E55 to adjust to your gait via a dial mechanism. This allows you to set the pedal angle from heel to toe, with 10 total choices. The feature also reduces the numb toe effects and sore Achilles tendons common on other elliptical machines.

Additional features include a pair of stationary handlebars with built-in pulse sensors; adjustable incline and resistance controls built into the arms; and 20 resistance levels.
